April 2008 Suffolk Fire Service take delivery of the new Eflare Marine Beacon for water rescue. The Marine beacon is a three operation beacon which can be a flashing beacon, steady on light or torch light. It’s fully waterproof and comes complete with a flotation collar.

March 2008 BAA Aberdeen start using the Eflare Safety Beacon for their Passenger Evacuation Management System (PEMS)

February 2008 Devon & Cornwall Police order the Eflare Safety Beacon for the Roads Policing Unit.

January 2008 Milton Keynes Council decide that the Floodbag is just what they need for Flood Defence.

December 2007. SAFCO secures a 3 year contract with the NHS/Department of Health to supply the Eflare Safety Beacon for the latest roll out of Mass casualty Decontamination Equipment. Proof positive that the Eflare “does exactly what it says on the tin

Nottinghamshire Police order mesh covered version of the rescue Sling and Staffordshire Police begin trialing the Eflare.

November 2007 Devon & Cornwall Police take 4 sets for Eflares for trial with their RPU. Highlands & Islands Airports start using the green Eflares for Passenger Evacuation Management and Greater Manchester Fire Service take the Bariatric Rescue Sling.

October 2007 Thames Valley Police take delivery of their Responder Rescue Slings for use with the PSU. Essex Fire and Rescue Service take more Eflare Safety Beacons for their front line vehicles.

August 2007 The Metropolitan Police Air Support Unit take on the Eflare Helicopter Landing Lights. Also used by the Queen's Helicopter Flight; the Eflares ensure a safe landing every time.

July 2007 Hereford & Worcester Fire Service order the Bariatric version of the Rescue Sling. The larger version of the Responder Rescue Sling helps with the movement of Bariatric patients/casualties.

June 2007 Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service take on the VPS sheet for RTC extrication.

May 2007 Cardiff and Belfast International Airports choose the Eflare safety Beacon for their Passenger Evacuation Management System (PEMS)procedures.

April 2007 Sussex Police order the Responder Rescue Sling for use with the Public Order Training (PSU). This was a special requirement as the team wanted bespoke Rescue Slings with Hi Visibility handles.

March 2007 Tayside Police take on more Eflares for their patrol vehicles and Premiair Aviation continues to equip with the Eflare Safety Beacon.

January 2007 Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service equip all front line vehicles with the Eflare safety Beacon.

Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service also follow suit!

November 2006 The North West Ambulance Service are supplied with the brand new Nerve Agent Pen Pouch; a sturdy pouch with flap top to hold up to 6 Nerve Agent Pens.

The Goodrich Corporation entrust SAFCO to supply it’s Infection Control requirements.

October 2006 Essex Fire and Rescue Service begin trials of the Eflare with a view to equipping all front line appliances with the highly robust and compact LED safety beacon.

Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service also take their third delivery, again to equip all front line appliances.

London Ambulance Service order trial Eflares for use with the Hazardous Area Response Teams (HART) teams. More Good News!

September 2006 Greater Manchester Police and Bedfordshire Police are the next forces to both start using the Responder Rescue Sling. Designed for rapid removal of debilitated personnel or casualties.

August 2006 Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service take on the VPS A must for RTC extrication.

July 2006 Yet another Fire Service takes on board the VPS (Visual Protection Sheet) this time it’s West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. The VPS is designed for use during RTC extrication keeping the Medic and Casualty in constant visual contact with the RTC team leader.

May 2006 SAFCO Introduce the Responder Rescue Sling. Designed with the help of Greater Manchester Ambulance Service.

February 2006 For all infection control needs, SAFCO introduces the Auto Hand Sanitiser. A non touch dispenser of either soap or Gel.
